All orders have to be placed directly online and must be paid in advance.
Our items are checked and packed manually.
Every stone or piece on sale on our website is unique. This is mentioned in their description on our website. If 2 orders arrive simultaneously for the same item, the first payment to arrive is the one who wins the purchase. The other buyer will be informed at that time and an arrangement will be made. (Purchase of other items for the same amount, a credit voucher or your money back).
Where for practical reasons it is impossible to process an order, the client is informed in the shortest possible time. In this case, they decide whether it is more convenient to send two partial deliveries or a delayed delivery in full.
The order (shipping fees are included in the displayed price of the item) must be paid before being posted.
The basket is set up in order to totally secure online payments using PayPal and Stripe.
The displayed prices are export prices and therefore they are duty free.
Customs duties and VAT can be applied by your country on arrival in the territory.
Our macramé jewels are entirely handmade by ourselves, you purchase the items displayed on our website.
Please note that there are no refunds, no exchanges or no returns possible.
You must pay on the page of the desired item, by credit card, via the secured site of PayPal, by clicking on the switch "Add to basket" below the item.
We ship your order within 1 to 4 working days after receiving the payment.
As soon as the order is posted, we will inform you by email, and we will communicate you the shipment number of the parcel.
Shipment tracking
The parcels are sent to the exact address that you mentioned and validated at the end of your order. We are not responsible for mistakes made on the address indications. If the parcel returns to us because of a mistake, an incomplete address or the non receipt of the parcel by the client, the shipping fees of the parcel as well as all the other costs will be charged again.
Delivery times, shipment of parcels
The shipment of your order is normally carried out within 1 to 4 working days after receiving the notice of your payment on our account.
We deliver by ThailandPost using PostPac AirMail, registered (signature). (Deliveries from 7 to 14 days)
Property and guarantee for all products:
Until the full payment has been made, the goods remain the property of BEATON. No guarantee is applicable on our products, unless it is expressly stated in the description of the item.
Security and protection of personal data
The personal data of the clients are treated confidentially and are not passed to any third part.
General considerations
The photos are all taken by Toni Sabatino and Beatrice Nadler for BEATON and exclusively belong to their authors*. Most photos are made using natural lighting. All the photos mentioning "unique piece" or "unique item" in the text represent one single object or the available item. Therefore, you always purchase the item that you see on the photo.
*Any abusive use of photos stolen on our website beaton.ch without the author's agreement shall be sanctioned.
The orders of the clients must be directly carried out on the website. They are confirmed by electronic mail. The prices are fixed on our website and are deemed authentic. Changes in prices for some items may be updated according to the re-supplying on world markets. In this case, the client is always informed through the website beaton.ch.
Any compensation because of erroneous indications in current sales documentation or because of delayed delivery shall not be taken into consideration.

Only the terms and conditions in English shall be authentic.
